G Games has been Light & Wonder’s OpenGaming Partner for several years, and at the beginning of October, the companies decided to renew their partnership agreement, signing up a four-year deal.
This news was further confirmed by the representatives of both companies, that spoke up about this renewed deal. Helen Walton, the CCO of G Games, said that this new agreement will provide the company with a strong footing allowing them to keep releasing a wide range of innovative and engaging content that will make its way to multiple markets through the biggest brands.
Steve Mayes, the Digital Partnerships Director at Light & Wonder, also added that the extension of this partnership is especially good for their partners, as it will create a strong base that will allow them to continue rolling out a wide range of content to multiple markets throughout the world.
G Games (previously known as Gamevy) is a UK-based provider that was established in 2013. Throughout more than a decade of operation, it has not only created over 150 wonderful products (including slots, bingo, table games etc) but also obtained licenses in a lot of jurisdictions.
Meanwhile, Light & Wonder was previously known as SG Digital and has been working under that name for more than 70 years, until the rebranding in 2022. This is a licensed and trusted brand, that has a loyal fanbase, a good portfolio of 100+ products. Plus Light & Wonder even received some awards like the Casino Content Supplier, US Gaming Company of the Year, and others.
