Games Global Limited has Bought Microgaming’s Assets

There have been several statements made by both Microgaming’s and Games Global Limited’s official representatives.

For instance, the CEO of Games Global Limited, Walter Bugno, said that this event marks the “New era in iGaming”:

We are excited for the full operational launch of Games Global and welcoming a new era in iGaming. Microgaming’s historical legacy and impact on the industry has been significant, and we wish the organisation all the best in its next chapter.

Microgaming also released an official statement, with its CEO Andrew Clucas claiming:

It is an exciting milestone for both Microgaming and Games Global, and is the culmination of months of hard work and dedication from teams on both sides. The online gaming industry will undoubtedly present a wealth of opportunities for Games Global, and we wish them the very best for their journey ahead.

With Games Global Limited now acquiring Microgaming’s assets, the former will now continue to work as before, providing its services to the players worldwide. The difference is that since Games Global Limited is now their new parent company, they will not only gain full access to Microgaming’s content and brands from all over the world, which will open many doors for both companies to allow them to expand their influence even further.
