The Mega Moolah Progressive Jackpot Has Reached €7.3 Million

Microgaming created the original African-themed Mega Moolah in 2006, launching this 4-tier progressive jackpot slot in November of that year with a maximum starting amount of €1 million. This legendary game has now paid out over 18.4 million jackpots across all levels and across all games, totaling over €919 million!

Over its 15-year history, the original slot has produced a number of life-changing payouts, including in 2018 when a lucky Grand Mondial casino player won €18,915,872.81, setting a new Guinness World Record for the largest online slot machine jackpot payout.

This record stood until last April, when a Belgian Napoleon Sports & Casino player won an impressive €19,430,723.60 prize in Absolootly Mad: Mega Moolah, developed by Triple Edge, one of Microgaming's partners.

Since the launch of the original Mega Moolah 16 years ago, partner studios have created a total of 7 versions to connect to the network. According to Microgaming, additional games are in the progressive jackpot pipeline for this year!

The news of hitting such a massive jackpot coincides with the release of Jurassic Park: Gold Link&Win new slot! It was developed by Microgaming partner Stormcraft Studios in collaboration with Universal Games and Digital Platforms.

Launched on February 22 this year, the game is based on the original branded slot from 2014. The slot invites you to return to the world famous dinosaur theme park made famous in the American science fiction action film.
