Reflex Gaming is still at the stage where they try different things to find their style. This becomes apparent when you look at the mixed selection of games they've already released. 5 Clans: The Final Battle is also not the most standard slot as it offers a somewhat strange mixture of warriors and gems. We had to google "5 clans" plus "movie" to see if Reflex Gaming was referring to something in the design or if they came up with the characters and storyline themselves (spoiler - we didn't find anything). The fact is that this slot has semi-realistic graphics and well-designed main characters. They seem to be members of clans, each of which has its own coat of arms. The game has a tense atmosphere thanks to the intense soundtrack. 5 Clans: The Final Battle looks and sounds great but we would like to remove the gem symbols in the form of playing card suits as they seem to have come from another dimension.

5 clans appear on the playing field - they have a high-quality semi-realistic design and look just cool. Multi-colored gems in the shape of playing card suits are used as low-paying symbols and we would like the provider to replace them with others as they do not fit into the overall atmosphere.

Also, a Green Wild symbol can land on the reels - it replaces all symbols except the Bonus to help you form winning combinations as often as possible. There are also 5 coats of arms for each clan that reward free spins, Super Wilds/Wilds, re-spins and multipliers.

Here you really get some action from each of the clans in the form of modifiers and bonus features. They will trigger from time to time to spice up the base game, and in the bonus round, modifiers can lead to a max win. We didn't really get into the 5 clan story that Reflex Gaming wanted to tell us with this slot, but we were delighted with the semi-realistic visual effects and the epic soundtrack. Combining warriors with royal gems may not be the best, though. The slot looks like it jumped out of a time machine, and we hardly think that this will be a big breakthrough for a company that is still looking for its own style.
