Elk Gaming has been one of the most creative providers lately, offering new concepts and ideas when it comes to slots. Propaganda has a great concept of wilds and multipliers. You need 5 symbols close to each other to create a combination and all the symbols add into that overall multiplier, the more symbols you get the greater the multiplier. Each connection creates the wild. Wilds add up together. So much action and potential. Symbol pay-outs are a bit too low. But it's hard not to love it
