Despite the flashy looks, the gameplay of Taco Bros Derailed is pretty straightforward. It’s a slot with a 6x4 grid and 466 ways to win. You can bet here starting from €0.20, while the max bet is €100. The slot pays from left to right from the leftmost reel. And you need at least 3 symbols on consecutive reels to get a win. The most unusual part of the gameplay is the wild symbols. You can get moving wilds that lead to respins and multiplier wilds.
Aside from the base game, there are two bonus rounds. One of them is called Super Bonus.

Theme
After launching the game, you can watch a small intro. It tells us a story about the Goldrush era in Mexico in the later parts of the 19th century. The tiny Mexican village just witnessed the arrival of the railroad, while its inhabitants got that long-awaited freedom. Many good things are going to happen…But Captain Diaz had other plans. He came back here for his gold. And only Taco Brothers can save the village. The slot’s graphics, sounds, and the package of symbols express the spirit of age really well. We can see the train in a railway station of a small village in the background and hear quite a brutal soundtrack. You can feel that something is going on here. There are also some animations in the game, especially during bonus rounds.
The symbols’ package contains only thematical items without cards or card suits. There are 8 regular symbols on the slot: maracas with skulls, an iron whistle, bull’s skull, a gas lamp, safe with gold, Taco with moustache (green), Taco with guitar (blue), and Taco with glasses (red).
Taco Brothers symbols can also land on the reels as moving wild. They give respins and move from right to left on the gaming board, transforming corresponding Taco symbols into wilds too.
Aside from moving Taco wilds, there are two other wilds. One is a classic wild that substitutes any regular symbols on winning lines. At the same time, the other is a multiplier walking wild, which gives additional multipliers and transforms other basic wilds into multiplier wilds. Another special item is the bonus symbol. You need 3 symbols to start the bonus game and 4 to trigger a super bonus.

Bonus Rounds & Free Spins
The slot is full of exciting features. You can get different moving wilds during the base game, and there are two bonus rounds.
Walking Wilds
You can land one or a few Taco Brothers Walking Wilds during the normal mode. After its appearance, the Walking Wild starts to move leftwards, transforming corresponding Taco Brother symbols on the reels into wilds too. Every step of Moving Wild gives you a respin. It’s possible to catch a few walking wilds simultaneously. The Walking Wilds respins end when no Moving Wilds are left on the board. Take note that Bonus symbols that were landed during Walking Wilds respins become sticky and remain until the end of respins.
Multiplier Moving Wilds
You can land a Moving Wild with a random multiplier on the top row of the slot. The symbol moves leftwards, giving you respin with each step and transforming other wilds in view into the multiplier wilds.
Taco Train Heist
The appearance of 3 bonus symbols triggers the bonus game called Taco Train Heist. During the bonus session, you will get each of the three Taco Brothers Walking Wilds one by one. Each of them will appear on the sixth reel with a random multiplier that applies to every Taco Brother symbol in view.
Here is the list of brothers (according to the order of their appearance):
- Pico. Lands on the bottom row
- Pepe. It appears on the second row when Pico is either blocked or had already left the board
- Paso. It appears on the third row if the other two brothers are blocked or out of the grid
Each Walking Wild moves leftwards, generating a respin with each step. But Captain Diaz can stop their movement. He can appear only in the first reel. He blocks the Walking Wild closest to the first reel, turning it into a sticky blocker. If there are few Walking Wilds on the same reel, Captain chooses the closest one to the bottom row.
Blocked Walking Wilds can become active again if the Senorita symbol appears on the sixth reel. She either unblocks blocked Wild or backs it to the sixth reel (if the Wild isn’t blocked). She prioritizes Wilds that are closer to the first reel. If Senorita and Captain Diaz appear on the reels at the same time, then the latter turns into a wild symbol. The Bonus Game continues as long as there is at least one active Walking Wild on the board.
Super Bonus
Landing 4 bonus symbols during the base game activate a Super Bonus round. This round starts with 4 Walking Wilds on the sixth reel: each of Taco Brothers + Multiplier Walking Wild. They all move simultaneously to the first reel, generating a respin with each step. During this round, Captain Diaz cannot block Walking Wilds. Moreover, he acts like a wild himself. The Super Bonus ends when Walking Wilds leaves the gaming board or when you reach a 10,000x multiplier.

The slot offers a diverse gameplay with all those features from walking wilds to two bonus rounds. However, the game is swingy. And even 100+ empty spins is a common thing here. TG, a buy option is available here. But the Super Bonus is Super expensive (x500), while wild features are cheap and there are stacked bonuses during respins.
Versatile and well-built slot. You'll new dimensions here even aft. 10000 spins
